Deb, Thanks for the link to Robert Burridge. That's a good idea. Also, I got a friends request from you, but for some reason I can't find a way to add you to my list, and I'd like to do so. Maybe we can work this out, and I'd like to be added to your list, so I'll send a request. Thanks. - Kathy

Hi Deb, The way I got started online was to post a gallery through Artspan.com. It took three years before I made my first sale from that site, but, things have really picked up and Artspan has a higher profile on Google now as well as the individual members. The cost is about $20/month, but it's worth it. Feel free to take a look at my website: www.kacartwright.com. Let me know if you have more questions, because I'm not certain about what it is you want to know. Good luck! - Kathy

Thank you Deb for your comment. Your art pieces are great as well. If you like symbolism I'll be adding more symbolic pieces in a few weeks from now. If you get to see them be please give me your feedback. Thanks again Deb.

Thanks, Deb. The horse portrait was of one of a wild mustang we worked with several years ago. There are speed limits in Montana. A few years ago the Federal government threatened to pull funding if Montana did not set speed limits. We live in between two mountain ranges in the western part of Montana. I think the eastern part of Montana where the land is flatter is the area most people associate with "big skies". That is not to say the skies aren't dramatic here. Glad you are having such warm weather. We are currently at 17. The past 5 nights have been below zero. Enjoy your work. The little ladies you paint look very dear to you.

Thanks for looking at my site. I just loaded the sunflower painting to my page so take a look. I chose that for the background because it was sunshine on a cloudy wintry day!

Hi Deb,

Thanks for the compliment! I love your work too!  I
don't have much on there at the moment, because I have always done
pieces for others and never photographed anything!   The other result
of being that kind of painter is not really honing in on any particular
style..I just do whatever I am asked to do, unless the inspiration
moves me, (like the piece "a walk to heaven", which was also for someone else, a wedding
gift.    I'm working on a comprehensive portfolio now, because I'm
finally 'serious'..HA!  So, you're living abroad?  I'd like to hear
more about your journeys.  I lived in France once upon a time.
