Hi Deb!  Thank you for checking in, I know you must be trying to climb up into a better space, hang in there, we all are rooting for you and loving you, and praying for you.  It will feel so much better when you can get back into your studio, you will be healed as you paint.

Thanks for the kind words regarding my exhibit, it's been such a whirlwind, and was more work and more fun than I ever thought it would be.  I've done small exhibits, nothing on with a big gallery, and it was grand.  LOTS of people.  Now I just need time to paint!  Love you, stay in touch, Sandy

Hi deb, Thank you very much for visiting and the appreciation and of course the warm welcome. Lots of challenges in bringing Art to a place where nobody supports and understands, yet it isnpires us to do more until them finally embraced it to see the positive change in their youth and their community. Pls visit our program site on http://www.aborlanartsprogram.multiply.com

Your artworks are amazing..Hoping that someday I will get see your works on display when visiting MN again, my inlawrs are from Stillwater and spent my first winter blasts last Christmas! It was fun....

I read Dorrel's book too, and liked it for the reasons you did.  I think it lacks some of the nuts and bolts that Jack White's books have, although they are both great for inspiration.  I have recently read Carol Katchen's book which is to the point.  Even some new very practical ideas there.  Some time I would like to collect all my books and create a list of the very best 10 things to do.  In the end I think it all comes down to marketing and selling.  If you can you will, if you can't make opportunities to sell your work, it is going to be pretty hard waiting.

You are such a darling!  What a great friend.  We have to meet some day.  The actual move takes place the second week of April which seems years away.  I am feeling overwhelmed with preparations for my biggest show of the year the end of this month.  To add to that, I have pushy realtors (my home is no more than a commodity to them and my personal life and my business operations don't exist.)  I will not say any more.

Life is good.  Sales at the co op are steady and inter net sales seem to be picking up.  I have been asked to place inventory in the Standing Bear Indian Museum gift shop when my exhibit comes down in two weeks - this is a feather on my bonnet     Hope things are well with your mother.  I send prayers up for you on the smoke of my sage.
