My husband and I go to Washington State to escape the heat in the summer and sometimes go through Reno.If we take that route I'll check first and see if you will be around and maybe we can meet.

Best, alston

Thanks for the suggestions.  I have looked at those Masterson staywet palettes for years and never actually bought one.  It is nice to know that it actually works!  Here is my confusion point.....mediums.  I spent alot of time doing watercolor, mediums are fun, but certainly not a necessity.  I am getting the impression that this is completely different in the Acrylics arena and frankly, I have no idea how to use them.

David,

Thanks for the lighting information you posted on my blog... I do appreciate very much. I believe I will look into the Excella option... sounds like the best plan. The Ott-lights are very high priced... I found one at Costco for $20. Bought one to test the color, but you are correct- the 13 watt bulb doesn't go very far.

Thanks again for your response. By the way, your work is excellent....

Hi David:

I have a new Art Marketing Group up and running.  It's under Groups on the second page - so you have to hit 'view all' to find it.  There are some good ideas and yours are welcome also. Take care, Barbara
