Carmela,

I noticed the size issue right away, and resizes the images.

I was following the profile pic format of 100x100. Thanks for being on top of that though:) I olve your work. I've only painted 2 "structures"...ever.

Would love to learn when I have more time. Kimberly

Good for you for entering into shows!  I think there will be many more people who will get enjoyment from that painting, let me know how it goes!  I considered like a writer, that a rejection into a show was just another step on the path to being accepted.  I like John Wooten's saying ( John is a famous UCLA basketball coach)..He said, "You miss 100% of the shots you do not take"...kinda says it all!  Good luck! Keep me posted!

Hello... your landscapes have a dream-like quality that beckon me.  Very nice.

the new diptych - I decided to use the white frame the other painting was in (the one with the fern stamps) and I am having Corners cut a special matt to fit in the frame so I am bringing the diptych to Paradise City, and I didnt have to spend $140 but rather $34 for the custom matt.

A happy ending

p.s shape of the sun is top right side

get this - I went to the local framer, Corners, found out a plain gold frame for the diptych would cost $140, and decided maybe to add a few more details to it if the frame is going to cost that much! Right now I am not looking at it and tomorrow I may add some detail. There is almost the shape of a sun on the left side, from paint ruffles, and maybe some orange-yellow could define it, and maybe a few more tree details. I am more excited that I figured out how to edit the diptych properly with the clean white space between the 2 parts, something I just learned how to do!

p.s. your photo looks good
