 Today's picture is another from my sketch books.  It is a cottage on Cedar Key, FL.  

Has anyone noticed that the insert image icon in the write blog section only works ever other day?  Just another annoying thing about this wonderful technology.   I have been trying for three days to get a photo book uploaded so it can be printed at any one of several web pages and all I have gotten for my efforts is frustration.

 Hi all.  I have been working on a surprise project for my son's birthday and was too busy the last couple of days to post.  This is a recent painting using colors from an old palette that I am trying to exhaust so I can clean it up and pack it in preparation for a move.  Have a good rest of the weekend.

We took a trip across the state yesterday and I took my sketchbook with me to keep from getting bored on the ride.  Last night I added paint to this sketch.

Again the image insert didn't work so here is the link.  It seems like it works every other day.  Strange.

Today the image insert worked.  This is a  painting from my adventures in  Ecuador.  Thought it would be appropriate  after reading about the volcano erupting.

Hi everyone.  Again today the insert image isn't working.  Other than that it has been a fairly good day.  Today's picture, Mountain Cove, is for all you folks who love the mountains.   It is a monotype 14X11.  hope you enjoy it.

Here is my daily picture.  Today the image insert worked.  We have had such gorgeous weather and I would really like to be out on the river in a sailboat.  Since I don't have a boat anymore this monotype will have to do.  The painting is 24X18".

For some reason the site won't let me insert an image in the blog section today.   So check out my new addition, Rosie.  It was such a beautiful day here this picture seemed appropriate for the good mood I was in until I tried to load the image in the blog.  It is 7X5" miniature watercolor.

    I  finally figured out how to add an image to the blog.  This is my daily submission.  There are an abundance of Blue Footed Boobies and Penguins in Galapagos.  The painting is done with water soluble oils on canvas  and is 11X14".

Today's posting is the original "Refuge" that inspired yesterday's painting.  I really like it for its simplicity.  It is a place that I would love to be.  It is a monotype, 24X18".
