Thanks a bunch for the compliment on "Loosing My Perspective".  I think that's the last thing I painted in a good long while.  I guess after that I just sort of lost my desire and stopped painting for awhile.  I plan to put out some new ones in 2010...just have to get busy doing them.

I was just looking at several pages of your photographs and after each one intending to stop but found that I couldn't.  They have such a sense of drama and timelessness.  Beautiful and haunting.

I really love your work. Those portraits are completely timeless; or completely OF their time! You have accomplished great things. I'll keep watching. Soon I will be posting some photographs of my own. I hope you'll take a peak! Best Wishes 2U&Yerz!

Hi Gary,

Thank you for your comment; especially, regarding color.  I consider myself a beige/gray/black & white person so I find color a bit frightening--warm, cool, opaque, transparent, etc.  Before I consider a painting finished I have to take a digital photo and see it in B&W.  I didn't have to worry about color when I was sculpting.

I spent about an hour last night looking through your gallery.  I could not pick a favorite.  Each one is exceptional--buildings, young people, self-portraits, older people, Native Americans..................Hallie

Amazing sense of atmosphere and moodiness in the architectural shots and street scenes! Great stuff!

I read the Royal Photographic Society Journal articles--very impressive.  (I already knew you made great photographs.)  Thanks for posting the blog.
