My work can be view as a personal contract to which I surrender myself a lifelong passion of art making. Art is my passion. When I create a work of art I am reminded of the visual and emotional sensations one gets from looking into kaleidoscope. I work with a variety of paint mediums as well as pastels, pencils and crayon. I like the concept of merging drawing painting with drawing. The use colorful squiggly lines and marks make my work lively and full of energy. From beginning to end, the process of bringing shapes, lines and colors together to the point where a work of art is born quite challenging yet magical and mysterious much like the kaleidoscope.
