JIM, I VISITED YOUR WEBSITE AND HAD THE PLEASURE OF VIEWING YOUR ARTWORK. YOU HAVE THE GIFT OF CAPTURING THE ESSENCE OF THE BEAUTY IN EVERYTHING THAT YOU PAINT. IT IS EVIDENT THAT YOU HAVE MASTERED THE BALANCE BETWEEN LIGHT, COLOR, AND COMPOSITION THAT BRINGS YOUR ART TO A HIGHER LEVEL OF EXCELLENCE. I AM VERY GLAD THAT I CAME ACROSS YOUR PAGE. THANKS FOR SHARING. CATHY

Hi Jim, nice to have you join the equestrian artist group. Your work is just amazing, brings back a lot of great memories of ranch life.

I just posted a photo workshop in Arizona next year on the forum, should be a good place to capture some more great shots (April).

Feel free to add more to the forum for topics or photos to the gallery.

Cheers and happy holidays,

Nicole

I did get to experience a weekend wagon ride in the Flint Hills.  Ever heard of Country Boys Carriage?  I hauled my horse and participated as an outrider.  Never thought to bring my camera then.   Does KS have any photo shoots with reinactors like SD does?

Yep, we like the same subjects.  I'm lucky in the horse/cattle area because I grew up working livestock and training horses.  Still do.
