 I entered tonight myself and the process was relatively easy. You pay upfront and are sent a link through your email to upload. Cost is $31.25 total for three images. Jpg format, 2mb max.

Black and White Magazine Single Image Contest

B&W Magazine has their annual single image contest up and running again. Their website hasn't been updated with the information yet so you'll have to check out the magazine in a local store for exact details. Sneaky!

 They also run a portfolio contest in the Fall every year.
