For you Fearless oil painters....

 Any ideas or opinions about final varnish for oil painting? I have a painting that needs varnishing before a show that opens in about a month.....I have to say I am FearFUL about this subject....!!

I just spent hours researching this question via Wetcanvas and have come away more confused and frustrated from the conflicting opinions....

Please share ith me what product you use and why....

I am by no means an expert. But I have varnished paintings before. How long has the painting been drying? I have used Damar varnish for the initial varnish, say a month or more after painting and it being dry. I am going to search for a video to send you on YouTube.. there has got to be one out there... I will post whatever I find here...
