I like the way he handled the brush with doing the face and body, but I'm not a fan of cheapening the human figure with what I see as gimmickry of the artistic run-off from his elbow down. What is he trying to say? I do like the abstract quality of the background framing the subject...the colors are right and it all comes together nice, enhancing the mood. This is my honest critique, since you asked, Tigerpride!
