I am fifty two, married to my sweetheart for 1 and 1/2 years. I was maid of honor at his wedding many years ago. It was love at "a later glance." All of that time I (we)have been battling cancer. I am happy to say that I am a cancer survivor. The oncologist compared it to winning the jackpot. I hope I stay NED, which for those of you who have never had to learn it means NO Evidence of Disease, for a long long time. I have two daughters from my first marraige and 5 wonderful grandchildren.

I have always drawn and painted and for several years I had a business doing faux finishes and murals. This is after earning two degrees in Biology at Ole Miss. This last year I have had time to devote to my painting. The choice wasn't mine but it is working well for me. I have had time to start to develop my style or styles, since I tend to let my subject determine my style. I hope y'all enjoy my paintings. I just had to that "y'all" in there.

Color. Enthusiastic people. Rain, mainly because we are getting so little of it.
