[DENVER] The Art Students League’s Summer Art Market celebrates its 16th year on June 14 & 15, 2008. Summer Art Market will showcase the work of over 270 artists in 170 booths. One of the hallmarks of the Summer Art Market is that anyone who is a member of the League can apply for entry, giving local artists a real opportunity to sell to the Denver community. Exhibiting artists range from well-known local artists and Art Students League faculty members to local emerging artists. Work being sold is in the different media taught at the League: painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, mixed media, fiber art and book art.
