DOWNTOWN DECATUR MARKET &nb sp;
Located in the heart of Downtown Decatur blocks from the Old City Hall and Decatur Square Park. The city of Decatur has experienced a renaissance f growth and innovation. In the heart of the city at Clairmont and Ponce de Leon is Decatur Square, featuring the Old Courthouse constructed in 1898. Events in the Square include outdoor concerts, and art festival, wine tasting, a bluegrass festival in nearby Harmony Park and more. The Market opened the in the summer of 2007 at the corner of Church St. and Commerce St., just one block from the Square. The Downtown Decatur Market supports an average of 50-60 vendors each day and is open every weekend all year long.
