too many to list - I like all different types, just depends on my mood - Etta James, Nora Roberts, Wallflowers, Cat Empire, Eric Clapton, Muddy Waters, Sheryl Crow, Leela James, John Mayer, Rodrigo Y Gabriela etc, etc.......and all things Latin - dancing's definitely part of the studio experience.

the job choices on the list are so limiting. I'm an artist, not only an acrylic painter but I'm also an author - see books above. In my artwork I do many different things - and maybe that's not a good thing. I worked in colored pencil for many many years, became a signature member of the CPSA and in recent years expanded into mixed media. I work on paper and canvas. Whether realism or abstract the majority of my work is based on nature, particularly rocks and the wonderful patterns and colors found in rocks. The amount of $ spent on art supplies???? An insane amount - I don't even want to know what the total is - I was just guessing and I'm sure it was off. I also work part time in an art supply store so that should explain it. The only reason I take home any pay is I like eating. At the same art supply store I'm also fortunate to have the space to teach art classes and workshops with my creative partner and co-author Kelli Money Huff.
