Think It's Finished

Hi painting crowd,

I think I finished a mixed media picture today. Do you know what I mean "I think"? I could always add this, or move that, and on, and on, and on. I find the best way to finish is just to stop.

03/18/2008 00:00:09 I agree. I also just leave it up in the room and live with it for a few days or weeks. Unless absolutely compelled to add more....just stop.

03/17/2008 10:43:26 I think you're right about "just to stop." If you can, leave the work for a week and then look at it again-you may be happy you stopped, or you may see improvements you can make.
