I took your advice and downloaded the book The Mystery of Making It. I loved it.  It read as good as a good novel, and I felt like a dolt to see that I was really myth-itized, I was doing all of the things that he demystifies, and doing them wrong. It really made me laugh and cry and get my head around what I want. It felt like magic because with in a few hours of starting it a friend called and asked me to share a stand with her at the annual art fair in Sitges (where I live in Spain) and I shared the book with her. She also loves it and we have been implementing all of the great tricks etc. As we walked through the city gathering supplies for a great presentation and talking about the idea of believing in our goals even if they are outlandish to everybody else, I got a call from a gallery asking to represent me and they only want a 30% commision. MAGIC!
