Reflecting on last week

A rainy day thanks to Hanna, so it is a good day to clean....yes, I love to clean.
Coming off of a painting high with the end of "The Flowering Bull" and feeling a bit uneasy. I try to distract myself with a few small less pressure paintings, but "Petal Pusher", the next endevour, is heavy on my mind. I even have all my references ready and a brand new white canvas to start on.
It has not been a good painting week. I have felt tired over the last few days, my old friend back trouble is visting me this week, too. I am reminded of how I feel physically affects how I feel emotionally and therefore artistically. I have neglected my runnning schedule, and that does not help with the back, so I find myself unable to sit for too long at the easel...
I remind myself that next week is a new week and Lord willing I will be at it once more......
