Yea ; I'm in accord with Deb. I too, head into my studio in the morning to sip my coffee and drink in the sights and smells. I get my ideas at this time and I find the clutter comforting. Next weekend I have an art expo happening at the local Marina, so most of the work on the studio walls is already packed up and ready for delivery. Seems kinda naked in here this morning.

No, NO,  NO!  It is not just you-I get it! I think all of us get it!  It is so wonderful!! I love everything about my art materials and my studio- the look and smells of new paint,  white canvas, ideas!!!!  etc.  all of it.  I love that I can go there in the morning with a cup of coffee and write out my ideas and just think and daydream.  I have stuff all over the place and I am crammed in there, but I love it.  I think only another artist can understand what you are saying.  I bring others into my studio and some are very cool and others are very uncomfortable-  which really surprises me because I am very nice and kind.   

My excitement stems from the possibilities.  I have way too many images in my head-gotta get them down on canvas. Don't we have the best jobs?
