Latest From Karen's Easel! Peninsula Museum of Art Exhibition in June!

An exhibition put on by the Belmont Arts Council will be at the Peninsula Museum of Art, 10 Twin Pines Lane in Twin Pines Park, Belmont, California. Karen is showing a major new abstract, "Gordian Muse". It is their June-July exhibition. The main reception will be on Saturday, July 28^th from 1PM to 4PM. The exhibition will be showing from June 28^th through July 26^th. This work reminded Karen strongly of the legend of the Gordian Knot which is associated with Alexander the Great. It is often used as a metaphor for an intractable problem, solved by a bold stroke ("cutting the Gordian Knot").
