Etsy.com
Etsy.com is a great place to buy and sell handmade items. But where does the artist go who doesn't really fit in there?I have been looking for a good place to go that caters to artists only, not jewelers or crafts people and you can sell your artwork there. I have found no such place. Usually sites where you can show your work, costs money and they take a percentage of your earnings, or you can't sell your work there just show it. I guess that's where having your own website comes in. Therein lies another problem. If you want a good quality website, one that will grab people's attention, you probably have to hire someone to make it...etc. So, I am asking anyone who knows of such a place where you can get a good website and not just something from a template, where you can show your work, sell it there and no one charges an arm and a leg for you to have it, or sell it. So far, my only answer is Etsy.com. I am not into Ebay. Well, that's it for today. Please (at least for now) go to my shop at etsy.com and check out the work that's not shown in my gallery here.
