This workshop: ● is geared towards beginner and intermediate painters. ● will explore the elements and principles of design in conjunction with traditional ideas of composition. ● will discuss divisions of space, balance, dominance, movement and opposition as they relate to painting. ● will incorporate practical exercises and analysis into the course. ● will discuss non-referential imagery in compositions and relate these ideas to referential imagery. Workshop Fee $1295.00 per person. Workshop fees, lodging in a shared cottage, three meals per day and refreshments are included. Workshop supplies and transportation are not included.
