Alberto “Albe” Goris is a self-taught artist born and raised in New York City. In 1990, He became a New York City Police Officer, in part to help pay the bills. Throughout his career, Albe became known as a crime-fighter by day and artist at night. Through observation and inspiration, he has developed his own distinctive style of painting realistic images in juxtaposition to abstract backgrounds of vibrant colors that bring his work to life. |
