Born in San Diego, CA with a few years growing up in the midwest and northern California.As a teenager moved with my family to southern.California in 1965. Married with two beautiful grown daughters and three grandsons - one just turned four mos old. I'm a self-taught free lance humorous illustrator. I love coming up with the concepts for my illustrations - humor is a natural end result for most of my work! I've worked for some very good companies whose jobs I've gotten through self-marketing, but my weakness is speed. Being a perfectionist I feel like I'm always racing the clock. I'm now on a roll to find ways to simplify my media techniques --- one being to do the color work in Photoshop CS3. The other half of my income comes from inventing and marketing various products for the mass market - mostly the baby market. I work from an office in my home, which I love! I'm grateful for every day.
