Turning ordinary paper into a creation of life with nothing more than a pencil and paper." ..... Drawing is a part of my life. Always has been and always will be. There are reasons people draw and there is a reason that I do, to bring to life a plain piece of paper completely blank at the start and create a vision of life that maybe will challenge the viewer into thinking that this is more than just a drawing or a creation but life itself. I am a graduate of The Washington School of Art in LaSalle, Illinois having completed their course of study in the many different areas of art. I have chosen portrait and life drawings as my specialty focusing on pastels and charcoal on colored or black paper. Shadows, shapes and the art of leaving something to the viewers imagination is what I strive to accomplish. Bringing a portrait to life and presenting it to the buyer seeing the delight in their eyes is my satisfaction.
