Love to draw. Re-learning how to oil paint. Like to paint en plein air. Have sold some paintings through local gallery.

Backlit anything, trees, nature, cowboy poetry, western art, CoasttoCoastAM.

Bugs.

Reading and wondering what those winning lotto numbers will be.

"Drawing of a young woman", is my favorite. However all of your work is wonderful, I enjoyed them all.

Thanks Joan, - Your paintings are so peaceful and lovely, I would love to sit in one of those chairs with that type of hat on it and have afternoon tea! I wish more of them opened up to a larger size when clicked - maybe it's just my browser, Suzanne

Hi Joan - I don't know if you got my other message - but I just wondered if you still want the information on shipping?  I would probably have to draw it out and mail it - so let me know, also where I would send it.

Thanks again for the lovely newsy letter, More soon, Sarah

Thanks JT, my focus is to showcase what I do and expand myself to various states, collaborating with people to have my works seen, digital art is what I'm into most and hope I end up being very successful, I'm there.. just need to go beyond and keep on going.

Hi. Thank you very much for sending your friend to my gallery and for the kind words about my work. That's very generous and I wish you great success with your beautiful paintings! - Kathy

Joan,

Thanks so much for your comment about Barnyard Paths.  We all need encouragement, especially when we consider ourselves emerging artists after a lifetime of corporate life (when there was no time to paint).  Thanks again and hope we can stay in touch.  When I have more time, I'll take a look at your gallery.

Yes, your paintings have a very warm, homey feeling.

Really nice work. Something comforting about your pictures, maybe it is the hominess of them.
